LGBTQ Civil Rights Take Center Stage – Fund Inclusion Day
Donation protected
We are launching a GoFundMe campaign to raise support funding for Inclusion Day 2025—a LGBTQIA+ civil rights march in Washington, D.C., on April 30, 2025.
My name is Josh Goodrich, and I am one of the organizers behind this movement. As a proud member of Washington, D.C.'s LGBTQIA+ community, I’ve witnessed our struggles, setbacks, and victories firsthand—but watching was never enough. That’s why I stand at the forefront of this fight, refusing to let our rights be treated as political bargaining chips. Alongside Joseph Matthews, I co-founded VIVID, a movement built to mobilize communities, demand accountability, and create real, lasting protections for LGBTQIA+ people under attack. This isn’t just about advocacy—it’s about action. Because standing still was never an option.
Enough is enough.
Inclusion Day is our response—a national mobilization for LGBTQIA+ visibility, protection, and real action. This is not just a protest. This is a stand for survival.
On Trump’s 100th day in office, LGBTQIA+ people and allies from across the country will march in Washington, D.C., to send a message that cannot be ignored:
- We will not be erased.
- We will not be silenced.
- We will not allow our civil rights to be stripped away without a fight.
We are marching because politicians, corporations, and institutions continue to fail us.
We are marching because over 500 anti-LGBTQIA+ bills have been introduced nationwide—threatening trans healthcare, banning LGBTQIA+ education, criminalizing drag performances, and pushing us back into the shadows.
We are marching because corporations wave the Pride flag in June, then fund anti-LGBTQIA+ lawmakers in November.
We are marching because far-right extremists are attacking our community online and in the streets—and those in power are letting it happen.
We are demanding real, immediate action:
- Codify LGBTQIA+ rights into federal law. No more waiting.
- Protect trans youth from targeted attacks. They deserve healthcare and safety, not fear.
- End corporate hypocrisy. If companies profit off us, they need to fight for us.
- Stop the book bans, school censorship, and forced erasure of queer history.
But we cannot do this alone. Making this event a reality requires resources, and that’s where we need your help.

Why This Matters
This is not just about one march. This is about sending a message that we will not be pushed back into the closet. This is about standing up to those who want to legislate us out of existence.
When LGBTQIA+ rights are under attack, we show up.
When trans youth are targeted, we fight for them.
When corporations and lawmakers betray us, we hold them accountable.
We are here.
We are loud.
We are never backing down.
History remembers those who show up. This is our moment. Stand with us. Donate today.
