Inclusive Education: Help Purchase a Massage School

With over a decade as a licensed massage therapist, I have seen firsthand the power of massage to transform lives, both as a health practice and a fulfilling career. Becoming a massage therapist changed my life! My journey in this field also includes teaching previously at a massage school, where I've had the privilege of helping others find their calling in this meaningful work. I've worked in management at a massage studio where I was able to support others in making their career in this field.

Currently the school being sold is located in the Denver Area. It has a long standing reputation, a legacy I would get to continue. I would love to continue the school at it's current location and open a second location in Summit County, where massage jobs are open and hiring!

I deeply believe in the importance of vocational education for our society’s future. Trade schools like this one provide practical skills, real job opportunities, and serve as a foundation for students to build a stable, rewarding career. I believe options for learning past highschool are so important. Having direct training to job placement creates successful professionals and contributing members to society. Massage therapy is a flexible and accessible profession that can empower individuals. This field is predomiantly female and for particularly single moms, a massage career can create a better life for themselves and their families. It offers a work-life balance that’s often essential for those juggling multiple responsibilities.

Another goal of mine is after obtaining this school I’m committed to making this career accessible to more people by offering bilingual classes. This would provide many spanish speakers with the opportunity to gain a meaningful career in the our community, helping them integrate and support their families financially.
