✨HELP US SUPPORT I/DD & NEURODIVERSE FAMILIES ✨
We believe that every Special Needs Family should have easy access to all essential services for their children and adults with Intellectual and Development Disabilities (I/DD). If you agree, please support us! ❤️
Every day, millions of parents struggle to provide their I/DD children with the best possible quality of life. Many critical resources can help, including medical providers and specialized education. But other resources are difficult to find or only accessible to people with money or who have the time and will to find them.
That’s why Jill Louallen founded INCLUSIVE, an organization with a great team of 40 volunteers that is building a "one-stop shop" platform that will finally create a bridge between disabled communities and critical care—in a truly inclusive way that doesn’t discriminate between wealthy and ordinary Special Needs Families.
➡️ Words Mean Little When Solutions are What You Need
While the idea of inclusion has been captured by politicians and government agencies in their discourse, we can’t say that this is being followed by tangible actions. In the case of I/DD children and their families, no policies whatsoever have been enacted to provide the kind of support that is needed.
Only private community groups try to fill the gap, but these are typically underfunded and under-staffed and work based on goodwill and solidarity. Unscrupulous private actors can exploit families by overpromising, overcharging, and underdelivering the hope they peddle to desperate parents.
For the average Special Needs Family, this means making tremendous efforts with little returns—and seeing their hope of having a thriving present and future for I/DD children permanently frustrated.
➡️ INCLUSIVE: The Resource that Special Needs Families Need
INCLUSIVE was founded by Jillian Louallen, the mother of an autistic child who wanted to use her engineering background to leverage technology to solve this problem.
After navigating the system and bumping against its multiple flaws, Jill came up with a way to make things work for her and her son, and also for other Special Needs Parents—but this effective approach needs to be scaled and turned into a platform that any family can easily get access to and use.
✨The benefits of INCLUSIVE for Special Needs Families are truly a game-changer:
- A free-to-use, multilingual, accessible, and intuitive person-centered platform
- A place where individuals can connect with services that can help them learn skills
- A space where individuals can easily ask for and get help from professionals and physicians
- A community that helps prevent individuals with I/DD from being isolated
- A platform that will be widely accessible to any disabled person worldwide
- A resource center that will also help local and national governments to efficiently identify geographical locations where resources need to be invested
- A universe where quality providers will be better positioned to help families by increasing their exposure to the I/DD community
➡️While our platform is nearly ready to be built, we need the resources to hire the engineers to build and maintain it—which is why we need your help:
- Please, make a contribution of any amount—every dollar helps and will be much appreciated!
- Please talk about INCLUSIVE to your friends and family members—they may also want to help!
- Please share our INCLUSIVE campaign on social media—sharing is also supporting!
- Say a kind word to someone today because kindness counts!
Thank You!
We'd love for you to stay connected & visit us
