inclusivity and diversity in Esports

Hiya, my name is Emma "Emzii" Rose I'm an incredibly proud Transgender woman from Northern Ireland! Recently ive been lucky enough to have been accepted by my country to play for our women's efootball team at the inaugural commonwealth esports championships!

well it turns out I only went and won the gold medal! Which has opened up a whole new world and audience for me! However, thats not all positive! There has been soo much hate against transgender people and women and all sorts of nasty things being said about people like me in our industry by people online!

I see it as my responsibility to stand strong and use that negative energy to create something positive which is why with the help of some amazing people ive been invited to a few esports events, and ive been honoured with the task of being on a panel and talking about my experience and what needs to continue to improve in the industry!

Sadly, being from Northern Ireland means there's not much in way of sponsorships, so thats why im asking my friends and family if you could help me with flights and accommodation for these events! I know times are tough, but every penny will count towards

my journey! and helping me get out there to try and make a change!

SOOOOOOOO thank you everyone for donating soo much over the last year! I can't even begin to tell you how much it helped or how much my life has changed since winning that gold medal!

Last year I attended pretty much every event in the UK driving diversity and inclusion in esports, then went to America to the esports awards and finally onto Poland where I represented TeamGB at the European games bringing home a second place silver trophy!

This year we're back at it again! And sadly I'm still not ina financial situation where I can afford to push my message on my own. So once again I'm asking for your help .
