Recognizing the incredible contribution of Matt

Matt Silvers will be leaving Vantage team on November 18th after more than 10 years with us.

Loved by his employees, peers, and all of his customers, Matt has been a pillar at Vantage. He was always first to hold himself accountable and never afraid to challenge the status quo, all in efforts to inspire and push our teams to be better.

He served as a mentor to many new hires providing insight, transparency, and guidance. As Director of CA1 he was often recognized by his customers for providing continuous excellent customer experience.

Please join us in thanking him for his contribution. We will be collecting funds over the next few weeks to present him with a well deserved thank you and farewell gift.
