My name is Dorothy Smith. On Monday, July 24th, 2023, my daughter India Smith 39 was transported by paramedics to Pickerington Emergency Room where she passed away while waiting to be seen in the lobby. The sudden and unexpected loss of India has left our family with numerous financial burdens. In addition to the cost of the funeral, other expenses need to be taken care of.
