In loving memory of Indigo Grace Szabo

Dear Friends and family,

On a fateful Wednesday, September 27th 2023, a young family was struck by a heart-wrenching tragedy that has left them shattered, both physically and emotionally. They said goodbye to their youngest daughter, Indigo Grace Szabo.

Indi passed away at only 8 months old, after battling the rare disease called KCNT1-Related Epilepsy, after being diagnosed in July 2023. This is an ultra-rare disease with only 1 of every 2 million children around the world annually diagnosed.

The pain this young family are enduring is beyond comprehension. Their lives have been forever changed, as no parent should ever lose a child.

We’d like to thank everyone who donated previously to assist with the ongoing medical/financial costs which were used to keep our precious Indi comfortable whilst in Hospital. As some of you painfully know, funerals are greatly expensive and we’d like to assist further with the contributing towards the funeral expenses for baby Indi. This will ensure the parents are able to grieve and reduce some of the financial distress that Georgia and Thomas are currently facing.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will help this family on their journey toward healing and rebuilding.
