Indy’s health

Hi there,

I am Robin a friend of Day, the catmom of Indy and I want to ask you for a favor.

As you may know Day is already struggling with Indy her health from the moment Indy came into her life 3 years ago. Day (& Jeroen, the catdad) always took care that she got the best medical care she needed to give her the best life she can get.

Unfortunately Indy got very sick and Day got today the results of Indy her bloodwork. Indy got an inflamed stomach, intestines and pancreas what maybe caused by a portosystemic shunt. She needs to be hospitalized today and this is where my favor comes.

The costs of the vet are getting sky high and I know Day, she doesn’t want to ask for help but she needs it! That is why I am starting this gofundme for them.

The costs for her hospitalization begins with €800, this is without any medicine or further tests by the vet. After today the costs will be €150 a day without any medicine of tests. We know she needs a MRI and an ammonia test for the portosystemic shunt. After these tests we know more about her treatment and the costs. For now we first need to take it step by step so first they need to fight the infections in her body before the next treatment can start.
