It is a place that welcomes you with enticing herbs, fermenting kombucha, spiced banana cake with hibiscus cream, creative dishes, alongside genuine smiles and warmth.

Our Personal Story

Our romance story started on a Birthright trip and led us to Aliyah, raising a beautiful family of two little girls, and opening one of Jerusalem's favorite culinary destinations. Infused JLM proudly presents kosher l’Mehadrin herb-infused drinks, baked goods, salads, sandwiches, breakfast bowls, and soups with vegan and gluten free options. It is an open and lively spot that has so much potential for even bigger and brighter things. The war has told us that those must now wait and we must focus on survival through this period.

Not everyone knows that the romantic road of realizing dreams has not been smooth. We made Aliyah in Summer 2019, just six months before Corona which saw them having to navigate opening a small business in an uncertain post Corona world. Within a year of successfully opening Infused JLM we were forced to move locations causing further financial pressures and almost insurmountable challenges.

Yet, We worked hard and persevered through the strength of the Infused JLM community of workers who have become like family for us and our children.
