Ingrid’s fight against breast cancer

As the people that know and love Ingrid are aware she was diagnosed a few months ago with stage 3 Lobular breast cancer.

Having had not only one but two surgeries to remove the cancer as the initial surgery found it has spread to nearby lymph nodes, the second surgery being more invasive resulting in longer healing time and more time off work.

Ingrid has just started 3 months of Chemotherapy followed by 6 weeks of Radiation, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

Her battle has really only just began.

I have know Ingrid for over 20 years and consider her a sister to me, watching her in pain and suffering is truly heart breaking and there is nothing I can do to fix it so I’ve started this go fund me to raise as much as possible to relieve some of the financial stress because we all know times are tough for everyone right now without the added costs of medications, fuel getting to/from appointments and treatments, general wear and tear from the extra travel, some scans and treatments cost or have an out of pocket cost with Medicare covering the rest but it all very quickly adds up.

Ingrid isn’t someone that will ask for help but is always more than willing to help those who need it, she needs to be concentrating on fighting this and getting better so PLEASE if you can help every cent counts, even sharing this if you aren’t in a position to help financially would mean so much to Ingrid.

Ingrid you are an absolutely beautiful, loving, caring person, you have been through so much in life already, it’s so cruel how much pain and suffering you’ve experienced and now this.
