Injured and unable to move for 3 days, Dr. Danny survived!

Dear Friends and Supporters,

It's our famous $5.00 Friday fundraiser! For the price of a cup of a latte, you can help one or several animals in need! Today, we're raising funds to support Dr. Danny (named after the vet who treated him) in treating his broken kneecap.

Poor Dr. Danny was hit by a car and lay on the side of a busy road in Evangeline Parish for three days before someone, actually the local humane society Heroes Everywhere Animal Rescue, rescued him! Hundreds, maybe thousands of cars passed him without rendering aid or comfort. When did our world become so mean and heartless? We agreed to help by paying for his treatment.
