Injury Expenses

My name is Miguel Ponce, on May 30th I was unexpectedly laid off from work. From that point forward I kept myself occupied doing Uber eats even joining a soccer league with kickoff FC. On June 13th I went to my 3rd pick up game at Grover Cleveland playground where I unfortunately was injured, I took a bad hit that caused my AC joint to separate tearing my ligaments on my right shoulder. I was scheduled for shoulder reconstruction surgery which took place this past Tuesday, but recovery from this injury will take an additional 4-6 months with a lot of physical therapy involved. Up until recently, I was the sole provider for my family of 4 and today, I am asking for help. Anything you can provide will help me cover my outstanding bills and future expenses. Mi nombre es Miguel Ponce, el 30 de mayo fui despedido inesperadamente del trabajo. A partir de ese momento me mantuve ocupado haciendo Uber eats incluso uniéndome a una liga de fútbol con kickoff FC. El 13 de junio fui a mi tercer juego en Grover Cleveland donde desafortunadamente me lastimé, recibí un golpe fuerte provocó que mi articulación AC se separara y rompiera mis ligamentos en mi hombro derecho. Me hicieron cirugía de reconstrucción del hombro el martes pasado, pero la recuperación de esta lesión tomará de 4 a 6 meses con mucha fisioterapia involucrada.
