Inky’s passing has left his family utterly heartbroken. His life was cut tragically short, and the pain of losing him so suddenly is unimaginable.

Over the past year, his family dedicated themselves to his training, building a beautiful bond that allowed them to share their lives in the fullest way, planning the future. These last few months were especially joyful, filled with love, adventures, and precious moments together.

On Valentine’s Day, Inky gave his mum his special card before heading out for a pup cup with his favorite aunty. They went to an enclosed field to play. After just a few ball throws, Inky suddenly froze, collapsed, and was rushed to the vet. Despite every effort, they couldn’t bring him back. The vets believe he suffered a heart attack. He wasn’t even two years old.

Inky was a happy, loving, and playful soul who brought endless joy to those around him. His loss is devastating, and nothing can prepare you for the heartbreak of losing a best friend—especially so young.

We want to support Inky’s family during this incredibly difficult time by helping them cover the emergency vet cost, cremation costs and memorial for Inky. Every donation will go directly to them, easing even a small part of their burden as they grieve.
