Inma Folgado

The recent flooding in Valencia have been truly devastating, with lives lost, people missing and homes destroyed.

Inma has been working for Puckator for many years now and even if you don’t work in the Valencia office many of us will have met Inma at a company event or had contact with her in some way. Inma lives in Paiporta, one of the worse hit towns, it was entirely flooded and many people died. She lives in a 2 story-house and on Tuesday as the water levels rose, she had to leave everything on the ground floor and evacuate to the second floor, leaving her isolated. When the water stopped rising it was 2 meters high in the street, and as it started to recede the true impact became real with cars piled up and the whole town destroyed. Inma also has family in the same town and is incredibly lucky her and her family were all able to stay safe and survived, but her personal loss is great, with the ground floor of her home in ruins and car destroyed.

With many of us not being based locally and able to help Inma we wanted to set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds to help Inma support her during this unimaginable time.
