Insight Inishowen , half-marathon

Myself and Shane McLaughlin have decided to take on the challenge of running a half marathon in aid of the amazing local charity, Insight Inishowen.
We plan to document our training and progress over the coming weeks in the build up to the big day!
In these stressful times we agreed that taking on this challenge would both benefit our mental, physical health and also benefit those who need support.
The money raised will go towards counselling and upkeep of the amazing work Insight Inishowen does for our community.
