Inspiring Young People Into Exercise

I am a teenager living in the UK and I know how bad the weather is here; how bad our diets are and how many hours we spend in our rooms, playing games or being on our phones.

Gymate was started to bring healthy and upcoming strong lives for teenagers. I started this website because as a teenager I found it difficult working out by myself , not knowing what exercises to do and having lack of concentration.

I made the decision that I wanted to feel healthier and so I started exercising by myself, at home and the more I did it, the better I felt. I spent a crazy amount of time learning how to exercise correctly and how to eat right.

That’s why I wanted to create this brand, to help young people know what they are doing, and teach them how to do the right things to stay safe and healthy whilst exercising.

We all have to start somewhere, so why not in your own home in your own time. Our website guides you through everything you need to know. You don’t need to go anywhere else.

I have put a lot of effort into this website in time and money and I really want to inspire young people into their first steps to exercise.

There is so much more I want and need to do with getting my message out there. There is a tonne of promotion and endless content that needs to be updated, all of which is going to cost me more money than I have.
