Installing A Little Free Library Box: Support USHS

Hello, my name is Joshua Chae and I will be hosting an eagle project supporting the Union Station Homeless Services Station in Pasadena. The Union Station Homeless Services Station is a nonprofit organization, is committed to helping homeless individuals and families rebuild their lives. They serve a region with a combined population of over 1.5 million across more than 36 cities and communities. For my eagle project, I will provide a free library box in the common area patio at the station. I will add planter underneath the box with beautiful flowers planted and supply books for the homeless community. By providing free books, I hope they can engage in a safe and healthy activity to fill in their emptiness in their heart with inspiring books and to heal any negative traumatic experiences they had in their lives.
