Insurance and cure for Rosie

Some of you may have met my 2nd cousin Roosevelt.   In 2015 he contracted ringworm from a feral neighborhood cat he was feeding. Since then, he has had major health issues that have not been properly diagnosed related to skin disorders, bleeding, atopical dermatitis, skin splitting and more.   He can not afford insurance, and took a break from college to work.  He is a sweet, and articulate 21 year old.  He just wants a blood test done to rule out what his mom had (she was killed when he was 3).  I think he needs to see a Hematologist, and would love to get him on an insurance plan to not only pay for the visit but the treatment plan going forward.  Any little bit helps.  He does NOT know I am doing this.
