Integrity360 - Hell & Back 2023

The Integrity360 team will be taking on the challenges of Hell & Back in Killruddary Estate on the 19th of February 2022.

HELL & BACK is Ireland’s Toughest Mental & Physical Endurance Challenge. Killruddery Estate in Bray, Co Wicklow is transformed into an adventure playground, where participants must complete a 8-16KM trail route crossing rivers and lakes, climbing hills and mountains and crawling through bogs and swamps. To survive, you must conquer all the elements thrown at you, whether that is the temperamental weather conditions, the gruelling natural environment or the torturous man-made obstacles. The Integrity360 team will be partaking in this challenge to raise funds for Women's Aid Ireland.
