International Special Olympics in Berlin, Germany

Hello, we are audiology students at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Earlier this year we were lucky enough to volunteer at the Texas Special Olympics doing hearing screenings as part of their Healthy Athletes program. This was such a positive experience for us, which prompted us to want to volunteer at the international level. After being accepted to participate in the games in June of 2023, we are trying to raise funds to help with travel, allowing us to volunteer. Your donations will be used to fund our flights, and accommodations while staying in Berlin. The funds will be split equally among the five of us, who were accepted to attend. In the event, we do not raise enough money for the trip, all donations will be refunded. We thank you for any consideration or support you may bring us.
