Inverness multiple sclerosis therapy centre

Hello, My name is Shani Lynch and I have MS, safe to say it’s not that fun….but my local therapy centre is celebrating 30 years of being there for so many people like me, they are amazing! From physical therapy sessions, mental coaching all the way to just socialising over cups of tea with friends and family at the centre. So To help out and show our appreciation we have decided to do a 30 mile cycling challenge, please believe me when I say this will not be easy for myself and many of my peers, my legs seem to have a mind of there own at the best of times and it’s been an embarrassing amount of time since I last sat on an excise bike, but If anything I am determined and rather stubborn in my old age and as it’s for such a good cause I’m going to give it my everything! Anything you can afford to donate we will be greatly thankful for!
