The Impowerment Group is on a mission to shift the culture of children in our communities. With your support, we can introduce computer programming in addition to the sports, and entertainment that is readily available. With coding, students gain the following:
- Problem-Solving Skills: Coding teaches children how to tackle complex problems logically and creatively.
- Early Learning Advantages: Coding from a young age can influence a child's cognitive development positively, fostering critical thinking skills.
- Empowerment: By learning to code, children are empowered to understand and shape the increasingly digital world around them.
- Future Education: Coding could play a significant role in shaping the future of education, integrating technology with learning.
Donating to coding education initiatives can have a lasting impact on a child’s life, providing them with essential skills that will benefit them academically, professionally, and personally. It’s an investment in the future generation and the advancement of technology literacy.
We are raising money to pay utility bills and purchase much-needed equipment.
- Internet - currently we use our mobile phones as a hotspot
- Laptops - for the kids to take home. Some lack PCs at home.
- Digital White Board - makes it easier for students to follow along
