We are proud to share that 51 Teen Graduates from Lincoln Families' programs are enrolled in postsecondary education and trade schools in the fall. Please join us as we raise funds to provide our graduates with essentials like backpacks, laptops, gift cards, and more to ease their transition and next steps in their journey.
