We are at a turning point. The environmental, social, and economic crises we face today call for a radical shift in how we relate to nature, knowledge, and each other. Indigenous communities, who have been the guardians of our planet for millennia, hold invaluable wisdom for sustainability, regeneration, and inclusive governance.

The Institute of Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IIKS) is dedicated to preserving, sharing, and applying this wisdom to co-create a more balanced and harmonious world.

Our Goal: 100,000 Euros for the Next Phase

We are launching a crowdfunding campaign to fund the next six months of IIKS development. Your support will enable us to:

• Conduct Expeditions in Peru and Brazil: Work with pilot Indigenous communities to document and co-develop knowledge-sharing methodologies.

• Share & Communicate: Publish findings, create immersive experiences, and engage global stakeholders in the movement.

With your support, our next steps include:

✅ Launching the "Indigenous Knowledge Management System: A Way to the Future" with a 1-month mission in Shipibo communities (Peru)

✅ Co-developing a leadership model for traditional medicine (Ayahuasca) with a 1-month mission in Acrean Indigenous communities (Brazil)

✅ Influencing global policy with a 1-month mission at the Conference of Parties (COP), in partnership with the Internationational Rights of Nature Tribunal

✅ Delivering hands-on workshops in 10-15 Indigenous communities

✅ Creating a web documentary to bring Indigenous perspectives to a mainstream international audience

✅ Developing legal frameworks & digital tools (Digital Library & Communication Network) to scale up for 20+ Indigenous Nations and engage National Ministries of Education by 2026/28

A Vision for Sustainable Growth

IIKS is structured as a non-profit initiative progressively led by an Indigenous Consensus Council, alongside a for-profit entity for sub-projects that enhance our financial autonomy. These projects include:

• Educational Programs: Creating open-access materials and courses rooted in Indigenous knowledge.

• Immersive Venues: Developing urban and nomadic spaces for learning, dialogue, and cross-cultural exchange.
