Iraida Rivas (Iris) funeral and memorial costs

Hello, my name is Ashley, daughter of Iris.

It has been a long journey and an emotional roller coaster of attempting recovery for my mother. After a fatal accident happened almost 2 years ago, where she became hypoxic, it ended with putting her in a veggitative state. I have tried countless therapeutic treatments, medical treatments, 2nd opinions ect. and nothing was cutting it close. Her body started to breakdown and contraction’s were getting worse by the month. Keeping her in this state was selfish and went against my mother’s wishes, but when you have hope you’ll try anything for your loved ones. Today I sat down with her care team for our annual meeting and I came to a conclusion that enough is enough. It’s time to let her go in peace. My only concern is even tho I am a nurse, I am a single mother that can not afford a bill this large on my own. I am asking for any sort of help $5, $10, $20 anything will help. If you know me you know I never ask for anything, from anyone, so this in itself is tuff for me.
