As a mother I can not fathom the devastation of losing a child. My hope for this fund raiser would be to lighten any financial burden my friend Robyn might encounter and allow her to grieve her daughter without that added stress. If she needs to take time off work, she deserves to do that without worrying how she will pay for funeral and other expenses. My friend Robyn was incredibly close to her daughter, this kind of loss will take so much from a person. The last thing she should be worried about is money.
