To all my family and extended friends. My dear wife Irene Canamar of (32.8yrs) ended too abruptly with her passing on Friday April 26th 2019 @ 5:40am, after being diagnosed as early as 31st of Jan. I witnessed her last breath as I held her hand very lovingly and kissed her lips tenderly many times as I cried talking to my love of our wonderful marriage. Hospitalized for 16 days consecutively, my baby girl endured a severe shock and trauma to her beautiful body which affected her inability to smile at me, but she did smile at me at one point with very much effort and to her satisfaction she certainly acknowledged me her faithfull love to me. Irene’s Steatohepatitis (NASH) had a very fast moving and direct negative affect on other vital organs such as her kidneys were now suffering dehydration. My baby girl never retuned home to enjoy our retirement together.
