Iron Mosquito's Trip to Worlds
Donation protected
This year the Iron Mosquitos won the First Impact Award, which is the most prestigious award given out to robotics teams in our multi-state region. This earned them the right to compete with their robot at worlds in Houston Texas against the best robotics teams on the planet. They will also be competing for the worldwide First Impact Award, which recognizes the impact the Iron Mosquitos have had for several years on the kids, school, community, and region to help bring awareness and opportunity to experience robotics. While our registration is paid for, the team has until April 15th, which is just weeks away, to raise the funds to cover our costs for transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous expenses associated with competing at worlds. If we can raise these funds, all of our dedicated and hardworking team members can travel to be a part of this regardless of their financial situation. They have all earned it! Please help them all to be there, by supporting your Iron Mosquitos as they represent the Iron Range before the world.
You can watch and cheer on the Iron Mosquitos in action on March 17th& 18th in Peoria, IL and at Worlds in Houston, TX on April 21st&22nd https://www.thebluealliance.com/team/5653
Huge thank you to our current sponsors: Bois Forte Band, Aises, Apple, Ely Marathon, Pebble Spa, and the Gene Haas Foundation. And thank you to those of you who choose to support our team and help us get to worlds.
