IRONMAN EASTBOURNE

July 10th this year I will be taking part in the Ironbourne event in Eastbourne. It’s an Ironman distance triathlon that is made up of a 2.4 mile swim (3.8km), a 112 mile cycle (180km) and a 26.2 marathon run to finish (42km). I am raising money for my girlfriends little bro Noah Rees. For those who don’t know he had an accident in 2019 and has had to learn to walk and talk again, so the money raised will go towards his ongoing rehabilitation.
