In the blink of an eye...
That's all it takes for life to be changed forever.
Andrea Bosworth pulled her Jeep over on the highway on October 22 and was standing outside of her vehicle in the breakdown lane. Andrea took the right precautions. She did everything right that night.
But that didn't matter.
In the blink of an eye, Andrea was hit by an alleged drunk driver. She was thrown 91 feet onto the pavement.
Andrea is lucky to be alive. She remains in critical condition as she fights for her life. The driver hit Andrea traveling at highway speed.
We are praying for her to pull through.
We are praying for her to wake up.
We are praying that her three beautiful children will not lose their Mama.
Dedicated, determined, strong, and selfless, Andrea had just finished her third Ironman Triathlon only days earlier. She is a loving Mama, devoted high-school teacher, and wonderful friend. She is the strongest person I know. A true Ironman athlete.
In the blink of an eye, our lives changed forever... but life still goes on. The bills don't just stop even though our world has. Donating or sharing this page will help raise funds to pay her mortgage and living expenses as we wait for her to wake up. There are an incredible amount of medical expenses already, and we anticipate significant rehabilitation costs. Most importantly, your donation will help her children as they begin to adjust to their new normal while their Mama fights for her life.
We cannot thank you enough for your support.
You got this, girl.
