Is this the real life? is this just GLASTONBURY!

Im Leather Lungs, if you know me you'll know performing isn't just a passion but it's been (hold for cliche) a way of life. I give 1000% to everything I set out to achieve in life onstage and off!

I have been offered an incredible opportunity to perform at one of the biggest festivals in the world, GLASTONBURY! wow that's crazy, congratulations! But Leather Lungs, why do you need out help!? Well I'm glad you asked supportive human and lover of the arts!

While being invited to perform in incredible honour and a dream, I still have to fly to the U.K and rehearse in London with the band and dancers, before even performing at the festival: I'm sure you can imagine being a kiwi living (and trying to kicking ass) in Australia getting to the U.K alone is not cheap.

Which is where the wonderful people reading this very text; you! (written by this anxiety riddled dreamer- me) come in!

The funds raised will go towards return flights to from Australia to the U.K and accommodation for the week of rehearsals in London, rehearsal space costs with the band as well as new costumes and wigs for the festival performances and some two minute noodles!

Aren't you getting paid?! Well yes (and no) the payment for the act/performance which includes myself, a three piece band, a roadie/tech crew manager and two dancers only covers enough for our production costs to run the show for the three days over the festival and our basic travel from London to Glastonbury - we are even camping onsite to save cost and make this happen!

Are you crazy?! well yes BUT this is a life changing experience and has the potential to lead to other connections and opportunities being seen by international producers, musicians and tens of thousands of people on a global scale! While I am in London I will also be networking to try and sell my work. I will also be recording with some incredible muscians from France and London!

This isn't going to change the world, I'm not curing a disease but I am spreading joy and light and music as far as I can spread my legs this would change my world! Thank for you taking the time to read this and your support truly would be life changing.
