Isaac Abarca Lobo funeral

Hi My name is M. Celestina and today I’m asking for your help. My friend Priscilla Lobo who just lost her 14 years Old son in a tragic car accident that happened on Tuesday June 28 around 9:30pm in Woodburn Or. On 99 Ave. he was going back home from a friend house his friend was driving him back, unfortunately Isaac didn’t have the seatbelt on and at the time of the accident he got out of the car, he was about 3 minutes from his house and he’s mom got there right away he was still breathing but unfortunately passed away in her arms. He was a student of Woodburn High School, A very loving and caring kid with so many dreams and plans. We appreciate your support for the family expenses.
