March 6 I got a phone call from my mom telling me that my brother Isaiah long had tragically took his life. He was 16 years old full of life. He loved playing football and being the best looking cowboy around. We will never know what really was going on in his head for him to feel like this was the answer to happiness. He showed no signs of wanting to do it and that is really the most hardest thing to understand and deal with. So many questions. But all we can do now as a family is lay his body to rest and live life in his memory.
if you have any family members friends and even yourself that deal with mental health PLEASE help yourself and others help themselves call 18002738255
its okay to not be okay and ask for help when you feel like you can’t anymore if you don’t wanna talk to family or friends these people are amazing and are there to help dosent matter the day or time.
Anything is greatly appreciated
