Isla and Esme go to Borneo

Hi, our names are Isla and Esme 

In the summer of 2026, we are travelling to Borneo with Camps International to spend a month helping some of the poorest communities on Earth.

The projects undertaken by Camps International volunteers like us, have been requested by community leaders and include building essential services for remote villages like school buildings, ensuring drainage to help those affected by climate change, planting trees to fight back against habitat loss due to palm oil

plantations and other types of industry, wildlife conservation and many other vital services.

In order to get to Borneo and enable us to help we have been tasked with fundraising some of the cost of our travel.

We would be extremely grateful for any contribution you can spare to help us reach our target and get to Borneo in 2026. We are excited to be able to help those in need and make a real contribution to the lives of people who need it most. Your donations will help us to donate our time and energy to this very worthwhile cause.
