ICEA Fundraiser Begins 

The Island Estates Civic Association (IECA) is a community organization comprised of local residents and business owners.

Our mission is to promote the safety, welfare, spirit and the unique lifestyle of the Island Estates community.

We strive to promote the interests of our community and assist and support our members. We represent a clearing house for matters of community concern and interest, gain consensus and speak as a uniform voice of the community to local government. IECA owns our front entrance with only volunteer funding support. Island Estates is not a Mandatory HOA Community After 30 years, the entrance to our beloved Island Estates waterfront community is getting a needed and well-deserved makeover!

Thanks to the IECA Board and approval by City of Clearwater, we're upgrading our waterfront coastal look and enhancing the gateway to beautiful Island Estates!

But we need your help!

We've already secured $45,000 from insurance (from the auto accident $20k) and membership dues (a full year of dues were pledged $25k), but we need to raise an additional $60,000 to complete the project.

Every donation counts, big or small!
