Island love safety net for the Settles family

Oh no! Good man down...a couple of days ago, Chad Settles, had an accident at the skatepark. Wasn't even going hard, but unfortunately landed in a way that he was seriously injured and had to have his hip majorly fixed back up. The good news is that he's had a successful surgery and will be recovering a couple more days at St. Joe's in Bellingham. The harder news is that then he'll be at home recovering from this for quite a while, and doesn't have any coverage in the insurance department. Chad will need Jessica's full time care for the first stages of his recovery. Island tribe, let's come together and help them as much as we can with the financial burden. Like many of us, they live paycheck to paycheck. If those of us that are able to pitch in did, and everyone shared this, I'll bet we could truly help them in this hard time.
