Isla’s big hair cut!

For a while now Isla has been growing her hair for a specific reason. She decided back at the beginning of 2019, that she wanted to cut her hair and donate it. She researched children who are poorly and how people can donate their hair to help make wigs for them and decided she wanted to do it herself! She has about 4cm left before she can cut 30cm off and donate it to ‘The little princess trust’. 

However, the money raised will not go to that same charity. Instead, Isla decided she wanted to choose a charity which meant more to her personally. She chose ‘Young minds’, young minds helps children battling mental health, including anxiety. Anyone who knows Isla personally knows that she battles anxiety on a daily basis, she doesn’t make it known but it’s always there. So, for that reason she chose to donate the money to children that have hada hard time, especially during lockdown.
