Israeli Kibbutz Mishmar Hasharon

Hi my name is Joe. some may know me as Yossi. i have started this go fund me page to help my relatives living in israel on Kibbutz Mishmar Hasharon . As you know Israel is in a intense war now and is fighting hamas terrorists. luckily where my family lives is considered a "safer" area in israel. Nowhere is safe right now in israel but to my knowledge this area is one of the better ones due to its middle location in israel. about 20 minutes from netanya. Gaza is a good distance to the south and lebanon a good distance to the north. Keep in mind its not much distance because iisrael is about the size of New Jersey.

My relatives in the kibbutz community along with others have been taking in other israeli adults and children that have come from more dangerous parts of israel . Some of these people lived near the border of gaza and have lost their homes and family members . i am asking for donations to help provide with food/ water / clothing / shelter/ bullet proof vests / security and further support for this community that has been soo generous to the other citizens of israel .....many of them being complete strangers.

what Is a kibbutz ?

A kibbutz is a communal settlement in Israel in which all wealth is held in common and profits are reinvested in the settlement. Things have changed a bit with capitalism but in times of war the kibbutz’s tend to revert back to the original policies for survival of its residents and other Israeli citizens / residents that have been displaced and are in need .

one of the sources of income on Kibbutz mishmar hasharon is a orchard that my family runs .
