If you ever had the pleasure of meeting Issa Best then you knew him for his smile. If you ever took the time to talk with Issa then I'm sure you heard his boisterous laugh. And if you were able to get to know Issa then you understood he had the biggest heart.

Issa's number one passion in this world was theater. He never shined brighter than when he was on stage. If you ever got the chance to see Issa perform then you couldn't take your eyes off of him. He commanded every scene, stole every spotlight, and he would do a high kick any chance he could get.

Issa was a true artist and because of this, we would like his legacy to extend a helping hand by creating a scholarship for a future student who would like their chance at the spotlight.

In lieu of flowers at the funeral, please donate to help Issa's memory live on by supporting this fund to create a scholarship in Issa's name. Where the scholarship will be used is pending on how much is raised, but please know that any contribution is meaningful to the Best family and everyone will be notified where this will be going once the details are in place.
