Issy and Hen Wilson - Kindrochit Challenge

On Saturday 9th July Issy and Hen will take on Loch Tay's stunning scenery on foot, on kayak and on bike. They will first run the 5 munros that tower over the Loch, before kayaking 7 miles down Loch Tay and finishing things off with a 34 mile cycle around the Loch itself. The event, which describes itself as an 'exhilarating test of stamina, strength and fitness through some of the most spectacular and historic areas' is entered into as pairs. This means Issy and Hen will complete the challenge as a team and tackle each section together  - hopefully finishing in around 10-11 hours. 

 

 

Please do support us where you can - we are raising money for Mary's Meals - an international movement to set up school feeding projects in communities where poverty and hunger prevent children from gaining an education. Daily meals are provided in school for over 1,230,171 children in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Mary's Meals not only addresses the immediate needs of hungry children by giving them a daily meal at school, it also allows those children to receive an education that can provide an escape from poverty for them and their communities.
