ISU Trumpet Club Members to NTC

The Illinois State University Trumpet Club, a Registered Student Organization, is interested in fundraising for a special trip for some of its members.  Members from the Trumpet Club have been invited to compete in the National Trumpet Competition.  This is a huge honor for the trumpet studio and the ISU School of Music!  The small ensemble that was chosen to attend is comprised Eric Caldwell, Trevor Gould, Luke Yoakam, Jeri Rethford, and Brendan Korak.  Additionally, Alexandra Karafotias was chosen to compete as a soloist.  The cost of the trip is estimated to be approximately $400/person, and we are raising money to attempt to lower the costs for these hardworking students.  The detailed costs are as follows: -Hotel: $1,015.01 -University Bus/Gas: ~$795 -Food: ~$900 The competition takes place the weekend of March 20th in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.  Thank you for considering donating to our cause, any amount is greatly  appreciated!
