IT Nation Gives provides a fund for us to come together as a community to make a positive impact! Join us in supporting Angels for Animals Foundation, a remarkable charity dedicated to rescuing and caring for dogs in need.

Angels for Animals Foundation is dedicated to rescuing dogs from various regions, including within the UK, the EU, the Middle East, China, and dogs on the UK council pound euthanasia list. The foundation aims to raise awareness of dog suffering, promote compassion towards dogs, and reduce the number of dogs suffering globally. Their primary focus is on assisting stray, abandoned, and abused dogs. Their tireless efforts contribute to saving lives and improving the well-being of these saved.

Our goal for this event is to raise £3,000, but we believe that the more funds we can raise, the more lives we can save! Your generous contributions will go directly towards providing medical care, shelter, food, and rehabilitation for these dogs in need. Let's ensure that no dog suffers in silence and that they receive the love and care they deserve.

Your donations will support a variety of crucial needs. You may have learnt about Buddy’s story across socials before the event for example, also AFA currently has 14 resident boarding dogs in Turkey, protected from the new massacre laws. Your contributions will help cover their monthly boarding costs, ensuring their safety and well-being. Furthermore, we aim to provide safe and uncontaminated food for the dogs in our care, especially after the heartbreaking incident of poisoned dog food in autumn 2024 due to new laws in Turkey, you can learn more about this if you come an chat to us at IT Nation. Also it is with the help of grant funding and charitable donations, that AFA has built relationships with proactive and dedicated local volunteers who we support to feed, spay and neuter and provide veterinary treatment to street dogs overseas. We also work with these volunteers to address the issue of abandoned dogs in their areas, typically finding appropriate homes for these dogs where possible. Lastly, your support will help cover UK kennel costs, providing a lifeline for dogs like Willow the GSD who find themselves in temporary kennel spots while waiting for their forever homes after being surrendered by their previous families into our care.
