LET'S COME TOGETHER AND SUPPORT THE 84 TERRIFIC EMPLOYEES OF THE OLD BROGUE AND KATIE'S COFFEE HOUSE!!
Sadly, as we all know too well, the coronavirus pandemic has brought the United States (and the World) to a halt. The Old Brogue, like most restaurants, has been very adversely impacted by the pandemic. To protect the safety of its customers, the Old Brogue has installed medical air scrubbers and ultraviolet lights in all of its heating and air conditioning ducts and will soon be installing a hydrogen peroxide generator. Strict employee safety protocols are in place as well.
While government relief efforts are still evolving and will be helpful, hourly workers and those that depend on tips need immediate and, likely, long-term relief to pay for groceries, housing and other basic needs of their families.
To address this increasingly dire need, we (some Brogue regulars) have created this GoFundMe VIRTUAL TIP JAR for the employees of the Old Brogue and Katie's Coffee House. ALL funds from the TIP JAR will go directly to the employees to help them in this very difficult time!
The Old Brogue and owner Mike Kearney have been a big part of the Great Falls community for over 39 years. NO ONE has done more for our community than Mike!
Please contribute what you can and continue to enjoy the wonderful Old Brogue food by eating in or ordering takeout (703-759-3309) and buying gift cards!! Enjoy takeout from our other local restaurants as well!
Great Falls and its neighboring towns are a true community of great people and heartfelt love. Let's come together and help one of our greatest assets in its time of need!
