Italian Pizza Kitchen

The Italian Pizza Kitchen serves northwest Washington, DC in the Van Ness/Forest Hills communities. We have been a neighborhood for over 10 years. We love our customers, employees and vendors and strive to bring joy and good food together. As the crisis unfolds for all Americans, restaurants, such as ours, are designated as critical businesses that can stay open to provide carryout and delivery of food and beverages to people in our part of town. We   love to do this. even as dine-in service for all restaurants was shut down to protect people in our beautiful city. This shut down of dine-in services meant we had to reduce individual staff hours by 20 hours per week. Many of our staff have families, spouses, and children. The loss of 50% of their income places stress and hardship on them. During this time any support no matter the amount will help our staff adjust to the sudden loss of pay and also, show appreciation for these front line workers, who bravely prepare, cook and deliver food and beverages to those staying home and doing their best to defeat the corona-virus.
