Its a medical need, Please Help If you Can....

Hi. I need to raise $1,950. Due to my health issues I have not been able to work for quire some time and I was in and out of the hospital between December and March.

I had been on Medicaid before turning 65. When I turned 65 I went on Medicare. The people that signed me up for Medicare (and the advantage plan) did not tell me I had to fill out forms online so that Medicaid would pay my Medicare premiums. They simply said "Medicaid will take care of the Medicare bills". They presented it as if Medicaid and Medicare were dovetailed. So Medicaid did not pay my Medicare premium because forms weren't filled out.

I was removed from Medicare without my knowledge months ago. (And I am getting a ton of medical bills built up because now Medicaid isn't paying.) Medicare is requiring me to pay the past premium that was not paid before they will put me back on part B Medicare.

If I can pay the past premium then Medicare ad Medicaid will pay the pest due doctor/hospital bills (more than $10K) and authorize my prescriptions. (Part B is what pays the doctors and the prescriptions and other medical needs.)

I have been calling Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security about this. They each tell me some other departments responsibility and then give me another number to call. I have called each number they've given me five or six times. It's a runaround.

I am recovering from a past stroke, I have developed a stage of heart failure, I have Diabetes, I have breathing issues & I need a C-Pap for my sleep apnea. Any help would be greatly appreciated so that I can get back on track with my medical needs.

Also if anyone has any experience that can give me advice dealing with this I would greatly appreciate that as well.
