Ivan Beauclaire

Ivan Beauclaire passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 5th, 2024.

In lieu of flowers we are asking for a donation to the Mississauga Animal Shelter as he loved animals and had a special bond with Jazz, as anyone who knew him, he could spend hours telling story’s about their adventures together.

Ivan was the loving husband to the late Marie (2014). He was an amazing father to Wendy (Kenneth), Ivan Jr (Sally), Debbie Lynn Hillard, Debbie Ann Wesley. He was loving grandfather to Jennifer (Shawn), Arthur (Jessica), Josie (Manny), Heather, Katie, Tyler, Gordon (Sonya), Tommy and Robert. He also had many great grandchildren that he adored, and at 87 played with them in his own way.

He was even a great cat dad to many that included Smokey, Boots, Shadow, and Jazz. I think Jazz was his favorite.

He dedicated 60+ years to the tire industry teaching each person he met about tires. He made some lasting friendships along the way.

Ivan came from a family of 16 children of which he was the oldest. He is predeceased by his parents, sisters Pearl, Jane, Jean and brothers, Kenneth, Eugene, John and Glendon.

His passion other than work was his family, golf, and the trailer. He loved the trailer above all, he loved riding his scooter around the park talking to people and drinking beer.

A visitation for Ivan will be held at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home 3164 Nineth Line in Oakville on Friday April 12th 4-8 pm & Sunday April 14th 11-1pm followed by a funeral service at 1pm.

We will meet for drinks at the Boston Pizza located at 2011 Winston Park Dr, Oakville, ON 5 minutes from the funeral home following the service.
