Ivan Kyrychenko… beloved husband, father and friend

I remember those days when myself and Anika where thinking of where to runaway from war… Which country to choose to save ourselves…

And here we are at the end of fall 2024 after having moved to Kelowna, BC in 2022.

Anika and Ivan got a chance to raise their kids in a peaceful and beautiful place… When shocking news took the ground from under their feet - Ivan was diagnosed with a 4 stage sarcoma of soft tissues in April 2024… Despite all the chances and forecasts he fought. He wanted to overcome cancer so much! He wanted to prove to everyone that he could fight it! He wanted to live!… Unfortunately, he didn’t make it. Ivan past at the end of August 2024. Ivan never saw his girls’ first day at school…

Anika, her son Gleb and two twin girls Amelia and Alisa are left alone with all the challenges of immigration and settling in Canada.

Anika is left alone to raise her kids and she really needs your help! On top of all of this, her two girls were diagnosed with autism just weeks before Ivan passed. One of the girls still cannot do a full day in school, as other kids and needs special attention and care. So at this state Anika has no chance to find a proper job to support her family.

As Anika’s friend, I am asking you to help! Help these wonderful people to handle rent and bills, until she can make it on her own. She just needs our support in the beginning of this challenging journey.
