I have Vascular Disease & other Diseases. Help Me

Hi my name is Jeffrey. I am a 56 year old single Christian man with Parkinson’s among other illnesses. I’ve been diagnosed with, heart & vascular disease on top of everything else. I’m sick. I now have serious vascular disease.  I lost my house. I have previously spent over two months in hospitals. I have blood clots in 5 organs. I now have 7 doctors. I have tremors, stutter, legs and arms hurt most all the time. Sick most of the time. I have had covid four times. The fourth one put me in Saint Thomas hospital and then Tri Star Summit hospital in Nashville Tennessee for over two months. I also had a heart attack while in hospital. Covid left me with blood clots in five organs and also ruptured blood veins and degenerative spinal disease. Because of covid The blood clots are causing excessive fluid buildup. I also had to learn to walk again. I am currently using a walker to help me walk. I tell you this because I don’t know what to do. I can walk with a walker but am weak and have no energy on top of Parkinson’s and all the long term effects of covid. I am going to have to pay to have my house packed and moved again because i am currently in a temporary place from loosing my house. I am unable to lift and have difficulty walking. I graduated Lipscomb University in Nashville Tennessee. I worked hard all my life.  Then my Parkinson’s got worse. I got covid the fourth time last November and still trying to recover.  I have never been in this type of situation before. I’ve always been a hard working guy taking care of myself. I have never married so I have no family to help me. I was married to my job. I have no savings left nor 401k.  I am Ashamed to be a beggar but I don’t know what else to do.
