IVF Treatment for our Little Miracle Baby

Hi Family & Friends, So as many of you have known, my Hubby Gabriel & I have been together for over 26 years. In those 26 years, we have ALWAYS talked about Starting a Family and Wanting to have Children of our own. Our journey almost came to that, but I had Miscarried. Which just about broke me.

 About 6 years ago, we Began our 1st IVF Treatment. We ENDURED all the Planning, Timing, Appointments, Ultrasounds, Medications, Injections, Cries, Tears, Excitement, Nerves...... and Everything else in Between. All was going well and I had Matured Follicles (Eggs)!!!! I was going to proceed with the Egg Retrieval Procedure, BUT, my Doctor at the time Refused to proceed as he noticed my Body & Joints were Flaring up and Swollen! He advised me to figure out what was going on with my body before I try this again.

 For those curious about my Flare up... I had no Idea why My Whole Body was aching at every joint and so SWOLLEN. I got to the Point that I could not walk, get myself dressed, eat, move my arms or hands, or sit or stand for too long. In Feb 2017, I ended up at The Mayo Clinic in a wheelchair and was FINALLY Diagnosed with Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. I Finally had an answer, and Began my Treatment! Since then, I Have Been Back to ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 So Here we are again, Ready to begin our 2nd IVF Journey, One More TIME!!!!!!!!! We have NO Idea if this round of IVF will work. Such as if I will have Mature Follicles, and if I do, if the fertilization will happen successfully. And if we make it to that point, if I am able to carry the tiny Embryo or will I need a Surrogate. There is always the possibility of Miscarriage after IVF and many other obstacles. We will cross each crossroad as we get to it.

 All the research, reading books, conversations with insurance, doctor's, finance and so much more can be overwhelming, But we are doing what we can for our Precious Miracle.

 I want to THANK EACH & EVERYONE of YOU who have messaged, texted, called and commented. This week has just been a little Crazy trying to get everything aligned to start this Journey here in 2 WEEKS!!!!
