IWSE Parent & Teacher Emergency Fund COVID-19
Tax deductible
Please join me in making a difference for our early childhood parents and teachers. I'm raising money to benefit Infant Welfare Society of Evanston, Inc. (IWSE), and any donation will help make an impact. Your support will enable IWSE to provide temporary financial assistance to our parents and teachers during the COVID-19 closures. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
Infant Welfare Society's mission is to deliver exceptional care and education for infants and young children and support families' efforts to be effective parents and advocates in their child's learning and development.
I love this organization because it serves over a 100 parents and children who live below the poverty line but are committed to create a better quality of life for their loved ones. IWSE has highly credentialed teachers with an industry low teacher turnover rate. They are proactive and have annually identified 26% children needing supports to address learning challenges before they enter kindergarten.
Due to COVID-19 and in efforts to limit the spread, we are following the direction from our local School Districts and Early Childhood community officials to close our centers and programming starting Monday, March 16th -Sunday, March 29th. This closure is a very difficult process for our parents, families and staff. We understand the hardship that would be created if we are not able to pay our staff during this crisis and the loss of income for our parents and families. We have created an emergency fund and need your help. Please give generously. No amount is too small. We know several of our parents, families and staff are in a crisis situation due to this unprecedented pandemic.

On behalf of our board of directors, staff, children and families THANK YOU!
